Glue gear template 19 onto Baltic birch plywood, then cut out using scrollsaw and sander. Drill pilot holes for the sixty 1/8" dowel teeth and nine central holes, using tip of 1/8" center drill. Drill four holes for 1/8" dowels, and the other five to 3/32". Check position, then drill through for sixty teeth with same 1/8" center drill. Remove template. Glue in sixty dowel pieces. Sand them to match the thickness of gear 20. Plug wheel onto support shaft 18, and spin to ensure wheel runs true.
